This is the reason we have a 7 day no questions asked return policy. In the event that under any circumstances you realize our items are not for you, you may return them for a full discount (items like essential oils must be unopened) inside 7 days from the date you get your package.

If you do decide to make a return, please inform us by email with your name, order number, and date of purchase within 7 days of receiving your products. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
For clear reasons, we can’t exchange utilized items so we can’t accept returns after 7 days.
For items that have been used for more than 7 days, we will back them up with our unshakable FREE one-year comprehensive parts (glass not included) and service warranty. If you have any issues, we will repair or replace your items (not including essential oils) for free within 1 year of purchase.
If you purchased your items through the Amazon website, you can return directly with them, otherwise, send an email to info[at]azessentialoils.org with order ID, date of purchase, description of the issue, images and videos describing the problem. feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
Upon acceptance, please carefully pack your items in their original condition (items with damage can’t be accepted) in the original packaging and schedule a return contacting our support: info[at]azessentialoils.org .
